My mum and I went away to my grandmas for a weekend once, my dad stayed behind cause he had to do a bit of work on the house and stuff.

My dad was cutting out a tree stump (was massive, like 1.5m wide.. tree hadnt been there for a long time though) with a chainsaw. It slipped, and went through his shin. He got in his van and drove himself to hospital.. got it all bandaged up.. Drove back home..He went like 3/4 inch deep..

We get home he barely even mentions it like nothing happened "oh yeah by the way, almost cut my leg off haha"..
