So one of the house mates is currently getting with a woman who is 10 years older than him, and has 4 kids to 3 different men (and is now "fixed")
The last two days he has had her and the tribe of kids staying at our place... And 3 of the kids are coloured.

It's only been one night, it sounds annoying as hell, but some of you appear to have never lived in shared housing before!

Hahaha, fair enough. I've lived in plenty of shared house situations and it's one of the worst things you can do. It's all part of what makes me, me, but not wanting to be in your own 'home' because people are fuckin' up your mojo.

I've lived on my own out of home a bit, and I think people assume I'm a bit weird for living with my Dad at 26. I didn't see him much growing up, pretty much only on 'family holidays (work functions for him) so I really like the situation now.

I know it grates on Alisha a bit though. Always feeling like she's living in 'someone else's' house. I understand that too.

We have been doing a bit of house sitting recently, and we're about to do a five week house sit in Cowaramup.

I might have been living at work too long, because I get a slight anxiety when I leave the property. If it weren't for Alisha keeping me sane by making me leave, I'd probably never get past the gate!
