Yeah, the smoking is confronting in Melbourne. It's everywhere. I hate it too.

Heaps of cool shit on Bourke. I like hitting up the Champagne bar in MYER... level three or something. All day bubbles.

Seeing as at home they can pretty much not smoke anywhere in public it is different. Apparently they are looking at law'ing that shit pretty soon to get it banned.

i think you're going to get a bit of a shock when you move into your own house Nik. It'll definitely take a while for you to adjust to not living at work. Its annoying, but handy all at the same time.

I caught up with a mate yesterday arvo and went out for a couple of beers. We realised we didn't get the opportunity to have a lads night out very often anymore so we decided to make a night of it. Went to some seriously over priced bars ( $27 for a Weihenstephaner and a Rogers @ The Aviary). Had an epic burger in Leederville. Generally just had a boozy night out.

Sig worthy.

Aviary is a joke re: pricing. Ive heard the beer range aint fantastic but the chicks are decent???

If you want a laugh brett you should have gone over the road to Boheim, haha piece of shit expensive.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

There is some nice places down Glen Huntly Rd in Elwood/Elsternwick area

Aviary was average viewing. we were there at about 3pm though. Beer selection was average, although they did have Matilda Bays latest offering from the garage brewery. Itchy Green Pants Australian Pale ale. It was ok. Better than JS 150 lashes. But they only serve in Schooners! No Pints! Crapola.
