I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

I have had troubles getting to sleep and staying asleep for years, I often wake up 4-5 times a night.... funnily enough I haven't had a beer since Sunday and have been having better sleeps every night........................ nah can't blame beer.


Alcohol + sugar + poor diet + a dash of stress = Nik no sleepa so goood. Have no appetite, at all. You can only buy appetite suppressants, not enhancers as far as I can Google.

Well you can, but they seem extreme.

Get your diet in check Nik and I guarantee everything else will fall into place. Dr Brett says so.
I know what happens when you wake up. Your brain starts ticking, thinking about all the things you have to do. Then you just can't switch it off. I'm the same. That's why I can't sleep in late. 7am is usually about my limit.


Speaking of not sleeping. Tour de France starts this weekend (I'm pretty sure). Posted Image'ing love watching the tour. The way they film it these days is awesome. Fly overs of all the castles and stuff,and the awesome scenery. Love it.

I have been trying to eat healthier lately, not just because I am getting a bit fat but I am over eating shit all the time, I never enjoy it... Mum would always cook nice healthy meals, always plenty of veggies/greens/salads etc and I noticed that I always felt that little bit worse off since moving to Shitney and not having the same sort of diet.

I thought you eat pretty well Nikko?

Brett, I'm the same. But I cant switch my brain off at night. Or the morning.

Week days, I wake up between 4 and 6, deep sleep again by 630 (when I have to get up)

Weekends, Normally 6. And it's boring as, because I can't do any of those things I'm thinking about because Rach is still asleep and I can't make noise!

I Have NFI if im eating proper or not.

@ Work, usually a Tuna Or butt hole/Cheese/Lettuce/mayo Sambo. Some chips. and shit during the day. Started eating fruit instead this week.

During the week, It really depends, but i try get a good serve of veges, and usually potato in the form of chips or baked pieces.

And some sort of meat. Mainly Red meat at the moment. Need to get back into chicken. Red meat is just easier during the week because of work.

Problem is, I have No idea what a proper diet is! Haha!

Seriously, I don't think there is one "proper diet", some people go overboard with the whole thing counting calories and shit (which is fine if you are a fat Posted Image, but you aren't) just minimise the fried/fatty foods to a certain degree and eat nice portions of meat/seafood/veg/salad.

I also have no appetite. I eat when i know my body needs food, usually when i start feeling light-headed....

@Josh; Need to exhaust your body, ie. exercise.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

I played basketball last night, and trust me, when I play basketball there is very, very little left in the way of energy. Ate two chicken nuggets and now I'm still not even hungry this morning.

Anyway.

Whisky Ale is tasting AWESOME. Dr.Newman might've nailed it!

Sick, Sounds like I'm doing OK then :) I hardly ever eat fried shit. (takeaway is spenno)

Ive hears Clear thai curries are better than the coconut milk based curries, so I wanna give some of them a try.

Roast tonight!

I have to eat every couple of hours haha!

Had toast for breakfast. (I know not a massive meal but all I have time for :)) Was hungry by the time i got to work!
