@Josh; Need to exhaust your body, ie. exercise.

Probably, too much exercise is not good for you either though.

We eat pretty healthy dinners (Kt's mum is a health freak which does rub off on us a bit) but I do eat a fair bit of crap to balance it out :P

I have no problems sleeping ;)

Also make sure you don't eat too late at night. Everyone is probably different, but my doctor said I shouldn't be eating anything substantial after 7pm.

Correct. You shouldn't eat too late.

What happens when your Mrs doesn't walk in the door until 7:30 at the earliest and you enjoy eating a meal together? Can't win 'em all.

Also depends on what time you go to bed, From what I understand the main reason behind this line of thinking is so that when you go to bed you are not doing so with a full stomach and your body gets to wind down properly for the night and not work O/T breaking down the food to pass onto the rest of the digestive tract.
I have heard that you should try to avoid big meals about 3 hours before going to bed.

I eat terribly. Fast food and shit all the time.

Gonna give that Lite N Easy a crack I reckon. The main reason I don't eat well, is simply because I dont have the time to spend knocking up a healthy dinner / lunch / breakfast. So I figured for a hungred and fifty a week, I can get breakfast lunch and dinner sorted. Yes, I know, its probs going to be shithouse food, but I need structure and routine to try and remould my eating habits. Once I've got that structure back, I'll get off it. And I can almost 100% guarantee it will be healthier then what I currently eat. Plus, I will actually eat breakfast, which I don't do now.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Or you could not do that, sell the Lib, and use the money from that to get out of the shithole town you're in, and start making some serious coin.
