Also IMO my lifestyle is better than the one I would have in Sydney. So the pay cut is worth it.

Plus I'm only an hour out (not in peak hour), so realistically I could get a job in there if I want.

I honestly have no idea what the going rate is for a wedding stylist. Her PITA manager thinks she is on too much as it is. But she can go drown in a fire.

For the amount of shit they put up with, surely that would be the low end of the income scale. Tell her to register an ABN, give her boss the finger (Or 2 depending on what way she swings (film it if she swings the last way)) and start up her own buisness.
