I'm on the American IPA's too.
Yep, I have 4 Dogfish head 60min IPA...then I have some of my uncles home-made red wine (taste nothing like red wine).

If you don't like bitterness, drink a

Ballast point Big Eye IPA
And Karl Strauss Tower 10 IPA
