Vids?

Also I got another compliment on my car today, the Solar guys thought it was younger than 10 years because its 'mint'. ^_^ Didn't even mention it, was just signing my life away so the bloke can leave and he wanted to talk about it.

Oil change today.

20L drum of Delvac for $84.

Car uses 6L oil now with the Hyperflow sump. Three changes out of that drum easy.

Subaru oil filters @ $10 a pop.

<3 Subarus.

And to think I was paying $140 for 5L of Royal Purple, and buying filters at $22 each when I first bought my GTB.

Alex, epic idea regarding the 20L drum. I always have a 20L drum of oil in the garage.
I have not had any dealings with this delvac stuff, is it pretty stout?

This is my second oil change on the EJ207.

Loves life, and it doesn't use a single drop!!

Mind you, this is a brand new motor. Bit of a mindfuck not using expensive synthetics, but seems to love the Delvac all day long.

Change it every 5k, and happy days :)

Delvac is awesome. I've used it for about 15k kms now and a change at every 5,000.

Wish I had room for a 20L drum. $84 is a freaking bargain!!!

Nice new Flat bastard file and a Ryobi 1+ Multi Tool and 18V Lithium Ion battery + Charger, should come in handy for odd jobs.

The documentation I got with my whiteline swaybar said to do that, and when lowering it from the jack back onto the ground I could see the swaybar move slightly. I just installed it on jackstands, then tightened everything with the car on the ground. Apparently ramps are the way to go though.

Morgan - Correct.

I put my rear swaybar back on whilst on stands - bastard of a job. Had to use two jacks to jack up ender each rear hub, to replicate the car being on its own wheels bearing weight.

I'll tighten it again after I get the whole car realigned.

Josh - mad score

Lol when the cars are in there, there's not much room to spare. Especially when the Mrs keeps finding retro cupboards on the side on the road and bringing them home to restore :P
