Everyone is making good food tonight! awesome!

The basting is really starting to caramelise on the outside now and form a nice brown looking .. I guess sauce... I think I will run it for another hour.

'Dam, I had a tiny little two burner hooded BBQ, I just modded it to take a rotisserie

also put a bunch of holes on the top with an aluminium slide to help control the temp, put a thermometer on the hood too.

'ing thing I have ever made, it come out soooo moist and full of flavour... I ate 3/4 of what started life as a 1.5kg roast and I ate it with a massive plate of salad... so many fulls.

Struggling with fire wood at the moment! Had to buy a load. It's not burning too well. Which is annoying. Looks like I'll be spending all day tomorrow splitting it smaller! Gayyyyyuy

Also, anyone got any tips for ripping a piece of 90x45 timber down the guts? I've only ever used a table saw, or a panel saw!

Had Indian tonight. Was tasty.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.
