You're exactly right. Dad has a small apartment that has just been completed in the CBD and a company called Bectel has leased about 36 of them (including ours). The rest of the building is said to be mining co's as well. The rates for mediocre hotel rooms are astronomical right now.

There actually shouldn't be too much cost involved! Apart from shipping it! I've stripped all, bought most panels I need. Just a matter of finding time to weld it all up. Im considering getting a TIG. Then I might not warp the panels too much when welding!
