This I don't understand. I am just going to go with tax fraud... you and your Dad are going to Jail.Dad uses our incomes for his tax. I don't know all the ins and outs but it's always about 12 months late! We just got last years returns though so its all good

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,right off.

Nik, surely you can claim BEER ?
As a BUSINESS expense? Yes. I can. Personal? No way. Hence me getting just the standard claims tax back, uniform/travel etc.

Haha nah it's all very legal. Something about allocating his income to us to lower his so it gets under one of the thresholds. He still has to pay the ATO like $10k or something but it's better than what it could be...!

For sure, 10K is a lot less than I pay :S He sounds as though he is doing it right!Haha nah it's all very legal. Yeah sweet. Got to love market research hey!Alcohol purchases are market research. Also, having a restaurant, we can claim two meals a month as market research, so you keep the two biggest receipts each month and it stacks up nice. All business though.

Dad also does this.
Basically adjust income to the family So they go just under their threshold, with the hope of lowering his threshold.
His accountant did it. So seems legit!
I can claim a mouse for tax this year. Haha
