What scares you about the ocean 'Dam?

Yeah not really, went a bit as a kid.. Had 1 or 2 bad experiences, getting smashed in big swell. Probably put me off!

im the same, hate the beach. a near drowning incident a few years ago didnt help though.
love the beach, always go for runs on the beach in the arvo in summer, but wont swim at all there anymore.

We're a pack of nerds. I can't swim 'strenuously' due to a heart condition, so the ocean is just a dumb place for me to paddle around in. Still like going down our local beach though, we're almost always the only two people on the whole shore line.

I grew up on the beach, would go swimming/ snorkling most afternoons after school and scuba diving :D love the water.

Love the beach i live 2 mins walk from it. almost every arvo in summer straight down there after work!!!! In summer cant wait for the snow. In winter cant wait for summer surfs.....weird

Grown up near the beach since 9 years old. As much as I love the snow, summer is definitely my pick.
