I can't decide if I wanna try for another line of work in my search or not. Luckily, Now that im qualified, the $$:Hard work ratio is quite low. But it can get boring!

BUT Also, If I quit the industry now I may have trouble getting back in in the future!

what industry are you in Adam?

I've only been qualified for 12months, so I sorta figure, I have the minimum required experience most places are looking for.

Alot of jobs are in Structural and Architectural atm too! (I'm Mechanical)

Maybe I'm just overthinking haha!

i say stay in the same sort of industry, furthers your experience as well, climb further up the ladder in the industry.

just my opinion though, as its what im doing at the moment, unless a better offer comes up.

+1. they really only want hands on work at the moment, tradies laborers etc.

i was trying to get into the mines but nothing really for the sort of work im in going, or if there is they have huge requirements to even apply for it

Why the would you want that? Cavernous imply's roomyness, roomyness means there wouldn't be any elasticity to keep warmth in.

That's what I'm thinking! Theres a few down here i'll be applying for. Could be a bit less than 2hrs but not much. When we caught the train in to go to melbourne once, It took longer to get to Sydney than to fly to Melb!
