I used to live a five minute walk from a decommissioned mental asylum (MtClaremont for the Perth guys - I lived there years before I lived there last... if that makes sense?) and me and my TWO friends used to spend the night, exactly four times over the time I lived there. Creepiest shit in the world. Seriously.







These photos are more recent as far as I can tell. But there used to still be strap up tables and that sort of shit in different rooms, and all the rooms still locked from the outside. 'ing evil. I remember we got the iron lock stuck once on my mate in one of the smallest rooms - we were freakin' out harder than him, because we weren't playing a prank!

Morning all. Been waiting since 6:30 for a bloke to turn up for tints, and still no show. Admittedly, I've been cleaning the garage in the meantime, but now that that's done, it's boring as shit waiting for people to turn up.

oh that used to shit me with detailing. Waiting for 30 minutes, ringing all the numbers, knocking on the doors and then being told "oh sorry mate I forgot. I'll be there in 20 minutes" Too bad dickhead I'm gone!

Up early so I decided to give it a bath and get a couple quick pics of it with new paints. Notice the fog light covers are now gunmetal/metallic grey, we couldn't colour match them after what the other shop did (purpley brown...) so tried something different! Looks better/darker in real life. Pretty happy with the paint job but it still looks purplish if you look at it in a certain light angle, meh.

Edit: Rego sticker is faded! New one next week though. $650 later... cheaper than owning a 6 or 8 here though.

I like the gunmetal fog surrounds. Breaks up the bumper a bit. I think its a far nicer option than body colour.

I mean the mural is pretty epic... but I will never understand show cars like these! They are hardly unique when they all do the same thing. Chromies, Altezza's coat everything in a light coloured leather with a couple moulded items. Because show car!
