You're looking at about $1400 a week for mortgage repayments on a mil.

Adam, I can do good fixed rates.

We just dropped them.

$1200 a week in rent
$1400 a week in mortgage payments.

I know what I'd rather do.

Adamantium - You have to check to see if your fixed rate is finished. If its still within the fixed period, your forked. I can do at least 5.69% for a few years

Post'a'Ghost Pty Ltd.

Stupid Governor of finance not allowing Yosh to borrow money at the rate that banks borrow it. What a cock.

HAHAHAHA POST A GHOST!

Shaz, Locked in for 3 years. Oh well!

For us, fixed rate > variable while rach is at uni! Didn't want to risk the repayments going higher, even though they would have dropped significantly.

I know right!

Post'a'Ghost Pty Ltd. .... I like it! Could be a good business to get into.. Allow people to go to the post office and buy a prepackaged ghost... could have a pic on the front of what it looks like, what its traits are, size etc, all the customer has to do is take it to the counter where it will be put into an envelope and sent to a supplied address and BAM! person at the other end gets their shit haunted!!
Just need to come up with a pricing structure.

Hahahahahhahaha. Open it up, and just send people envelopes that are blank.

Charge $14.95 a pop.

Win @ life, and increase wealth based on other peoples stupidity.

Josh. I think it should be packaged as an in marked box with only address details I be filled out. Maybe some sort of part number system, which allows you to look on the Internet at an online catalogue of all the ghosts. Then you can narrow the search to certain traits, e.t.c

Saves on packaging costs too, as the part number could be a sticker/stamp issued at packaging. So really you only have to produce one box.
