You're looking at about $1400 a week for mortgage repayments on a mil.
Adam, I can do good fixed rates.
We just dropped them.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

What's the fixed rate? Will I get penalised for leaving commbank so early?
Oath!
$1200 a week in rent
$1400 a week in mortgage payments.
I know what I'd rather do.
Adamantium - You have to check to see if your fixed rate is finished. If its still within the fixed period, your forked. I can do at least 5.69% for a few years

1. Don't need a deposit
2. Offer me a .... 3.5% interest rate for the life of the loan
3. No early exit fees.
4. No loan keeping fees.
5. Complimentary signing on sex by a hot teller chick.
6. Because RaceHouse.

Shaz, Locked in for 3 years. Oh well!
For us, fixed rate > variable while rach is at uni! Didn't want to risk the repayments going higher, even though they would have dropped significantly.

Post'a'Ghost Pty Ltd. .... I like it! Could be a good business to get into.. Allow people to go to the post office and buy a prepackaged ghost... could have a pic on the front of what it looks like, what its traits are, size etc, all the customer has to do is take it to the counter where it will be put into an envelope and sent to a supplied address and BAM! person at the other end gets their shit haunted!!
Just need to come up with a pricing structure.

Saves on packaging costs too, as the part number could be a sticker/stamp issued at packaging. So really you only have to produce one box.
