Nope. He will waste it on boring shit.
if I had 800K in the bank I would be buying myself a house back up the coast and giving the B4 a new drivetrain and heart

Mad idea!
If i had 800k, I would pay off our house, and buy another one down south, or across the ditch!

Asian students?
I decided due to our varied demographic here I wouldn't make that joke, though in my head I more imagined a team of L plate asian drivers.
Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

How much do helmets usually go for?
Really want one to mount the ProGo
I think Aldi have them going for $80 at the moment. ADR approved too.

I would buy 4 propertys, and use $200k deposit for each. Rent them all out and sit back and watch the boss levels increase.
I would buy 2 properties at $400,000 each.
$100% equity.
Rent out.
No mortgage.
Rent will accumulate and I shall buy another one and another one and another one.

Or they can range from 100 upwards.

At the start anyway.
My way, you'll never pay interest on a loan but you still end up sitting back and watching the bossness level sky rocket

Aldi also have snow helmets morgan, If they havent sold out.
Or they can range from 100 upwards.
4srs?
Current catalogue?

Managing 2 properties > managing 4 properties
At the start anyway.

My way, you claim the difference in the rent received vs mortgage payments in tax, which lowers your taxable income, so you get bigger tax returns, which are then used to fund deposits on new properties. Then, once they start increasing in value, your efinance them onto another interest only loan, and use the equity for the next property. Properties start expanding exponentially, and next thing you know, your houses are paying themselves off, and you get more money in your wallet because you don't pay as much tax.
Win win.
