Have 250k loan. Aquire 150k.

Do you,

a ) Smash off existing loan.
b ) buy a rental. using 150k as a deposit/starting block. And what price haus would you buy.

So, in that case, what you would do, would be to pay the $150k into your loan so you only owe 100K.

Then add the property value together with the property you want to buy. Lets say $400k.

So you've got a combined security value of 400 and 300 = $700k.

The bank will lend you upto 80% of the combined value = $560,000. Take the $100k that you already owe off that, and you've got yourself how much you can borrow.

Yeah, not sure if I like the bonnet or not.

I mean, it is a genuine carbon fibre Z-Tune bonnet (hell spenno).

Pretty much. Also has a CF boot, which is pretty cool.
