Feral brewery detestation meal thing. beer of the night was a sour with watermellon.
Black pud, shaved black truffle with quail egg and wasabi hollandase

Scallop pie floater with pancetta and pumpkin salsa

pork belly. Chocolate chilli sauce and leek & vermounth lasagne

So yeah... I don't do oyster.... oyserts with watermellon ice thing... ew

Lamb shank ******, ngocchi in chilli sage butter and fennel

won some shit

Chocolate panacota, strawberry merengue mess and banana crumble with rose and pepper ice cream

Too rich for me.
Was my first reaction, but I have no idea what they're worth anyway. They are staying in the Bungalow, nice people, took me for a little wrap in it, he said I can take it for a go today - but I think he thought I was considering buying it... don't really want to lead them down a path that is definitely not going to happen.
