After seeing the cars at time attack again, i think its about time i got down to wakefield again.

Dates for the speed of the street are:

September: 4th, 13th and 20th

October: 3rd, 11th, 24th.

Heres a little bit from the wakefield website:

Drive your Car on a Real Race Track

If you ever wanted to driver your car fast then Wakefield Park is the place to go.  Its simple and fun and you make your self a better driver each and every time you come.

Wakefield Park now offers its Speed off the Street Days, where road-registered street cars can run on the circuit for a small fee. Drivers can learn how their vehicle can really perform, in order to better understand how to control their vehicle on the road.

Just bring yourself and your street car and for just $120 per day (week days) you can experience what it’s like to Drive around a race track. Drivers need to wear appropriate attire:

• Approved road use helmet (also available for hire at track)
• Neck-to-wrist-to-ankle clothing protection (could be long sleeve shirt and long pants)
• Closed in shoes (cover ankle to toe)

SPEED OFF THE STREET DAYS

o   Drive your own street car $120.00 per weekday and $150.00 per weekend day

o   Australian Autosport Alliance licence $50.00 (annually)
o   Helmet hire available for $20 per day with a $50 Deposit

PASSENGERS FOR DRIVER TRAINING PURPOSES ONLY (must have appropriate Race Licences, Call Wakefield Office for details)

ET RACING FUEL  available now from the bowser.
CAFÉ OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK

*prices subject to change without notice.

So if your keen post up a date that suits you, if your not then don't bother posting at all :)

Also just to add mark, there's a Driving Sports Open Track day at Eastern Creek coming up on the 7th of September (circuit not drift) so you should pencil that one in as well!

I'm pretty much down for whenever at Wakiefield. let me check the dates out and comeback with the one that suits best

Whole day..sessions depend on how many people are there on the day...but you get a fair few roughly 15 minute sessions

No insurance will not pay...drive at your own risk!!

Dunno when the next day is planned, but theres speed off the streets day very frequently so you can always go there?
