Hey guys, It's good to be on board at these early stages and it's also refreshing to see that the majority of old schoolers from ozlib are here. The rep system is great, it will encourage everyone to contribute quality information, rather than pumping up useless posts in order to obtain bragging rights about their post count. Can we please ensure that we don't have a million mods, reps, admin, blah blah blah... It's too confusing and too controlling. This needs to be a site for the us as the enthusiasts and we need to be responsible for how it runs. (not technically speaking, but in terms of posting, respect for members e.t.c.) I'm sure now that we're all here and are all on the same wave length, that the above will happen automatically. I'm more than happy to have a crack at making a logo, but I will need to know what colour themes the site is going to be skinned. Gallery, let's make it so that we can search by member, by model e.t.c. so that it's easier to find pics. Also a rating system on the pics and photos might be fun, we can vote on the hottest cars/pics or even run different competitions to see who can get a photo of their car at a certain location e.t.c. It's all kind of a goofy idea, but it might be a bit of fun. Anyway, rant over.

got a dodgey as logo up there.... Whoever makes it, would prefer it to not have too much height to it. However can utilize as much width as required.

A bit of constructive criticism. Perhaps it should be a unique instantly recognizable symbol, to go along with the title?> Perhaps an NON copyrighted image would be the go too . The font used for the "SubiClub" title is perfect though IMO.

its just temporary, mocked it up in 5minutes. I'll wait for someone to come up with something better. I was thinking it'd be cool if we had a banner with.... whole bunch of subies in a landscape picture. STI, liberty, foz all facing forwards or something at different angles

Hi, You can't incorporate the entire Subaru logo without written consent from SoA. So you don't want to do that. If you want the logo to go forward into merch., then you don't want a photo, you want a simple logo. Big difference between a banner and a logo. Your banner idea is cool though, I like it. There's probably nt much of a need to put anything from the tech sections on here that is on Ozlib. After all, most of the good stuff was probably written by the people on here!!!

Welcome Nik, mate. Gallery is up everyone - not 100% sure on image processing yet but will sort it shortly and work on watermarking with a logo (once it's done).

Guys, sorry to be a stick in the mud but please keep images that may infringe copyright out. I have approached Subaru about using some images and are waiting for a response. Best to do it right. Regards Paul
