Took it out and tried again with no grease on the outside of the bush. Upon putting it back together, one of the bolts holding the mount on sheared in half. Brilliant.
Spent the next hour or so removing it from the mount. Pain in my arse.
Put the old WL bushes back in as they have the sidewall thing to prevent them from popping out.
So I'm back to square one, with one less bolt :|
They aren't the standard ones either... They have a 15mm head? Anyone around here have one lying around?!

Have you checked for any movement left to right in the bar or suspension components? I don't see why there would be. But this shouldn't be happening.

I have to get to and from work tomorrow but I won't be using the car again until Monday morning as I'm away all weekend in another car... If you're able to get something from work we could test it out next week sometime? Are you still living on the Island?

If you need to use the car, Just remove the swaybar. Send me pics of the bolt on face space next to a ruler or measuring tape and I'll make something work for you x4. Just make sure the threads are ok on the mount, So we have no troubles
P.s pay shmay! Don't worry about that business.

The only difference I can tell from memory is that you have the PMD lateral link strengtheners and I have the whiteline ones

Very busy weekend but might be able to get the swaybar off on Sunday night and get a pic to you...
Do you get off at the Gosford exit on the F3 or do you go through The Entrance?

I'll be away all weekend for anniversary stuff with my lady anyways. No rush, Sunday night is good timing.
I get off at the kariong interchange (End of Wisemans Ferry Rd) and head down Woy Woy Rd towards St.Huberts, Heaps easier and fun

Threads are good AFAIK. Those HD mounts are pretty tough

I have shaken it as much as I can while I'm under there and there's no movement...
