Looks like an awesome digs, mate!

local shops include Post Office, newsagents, two local stores, bakery, butchers, hairdressers, cafe, hardware store, bottle shop, vet and Chinese and wood-fired pizza restaurants.

Haha, minus the Chinese and pizza joint, we're brothers from different mothers.

Self propel?

Be a man.

Get a Rover/Victa.

Anything with a decent Briggs and Stratton motor will serve you well.

Victa/Rover drivelines have been going downhill for a while now. I wouldn't go Victa, and only Rover on a cheap deal.

proscape or honda for me. Proscape has a B'n'S motor.

I use Stihl for c/saw/trimmers, but they need a little moddiing to get them how we like them.

Yeah, Nah this is the smallest block of land I plan to own @1200sq metres! Would rather self propelled than man up :P

I was thinking the same about the briggs motors, really they are the part of the mower that needs to be highest quality, right?

That's a funky looking mower haha!

13.5hp is a serious mower, also the cutting deck will be wide enough to MCG that bitch!
