Also, the more you spend, the longer it lasts. Seriously. Some faces you can rub against a rock and it won't scratch.

If only all glass surfaces were like that.

I guess so. Owning many is better then one expensive one of course, but that's what I mean. Who in their right mind would spend $91,000 on a watch? I'd use the money to put a deposit on a house or something smart.

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

Hi,

The people that spend a hundred grand on a watch, probably think about it for less time than I do a $500 watch. Just isn't an issue for them.

If it weren't for people that rich, we wouldn't even see that sort of kit though!

I am FAR from a baller, and really can't afford any more time pieces. But you know. Better this than crack?

Cheers,
Nik

Ha ha, you're not wrong about that. The crack comment I mean. But what you said is true. If there was no market for it, it wouldn't have been created.

Hi,

IWC is just plain awesome. Not sure I'll ever be able to justify three quarters of a million on one though!

Cheers,
Nik

This is what I'm wearing today.

Do I win?

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

I should just convert to single, right?

I own a Gucci watch that I only wear for special occasions. Was given to me by my cousin for my 21st. Don't own any other watch yet.

Urwerk UR-202 Turbine Regulated Watch
The watch is powered by kinetic energy; it winds itself as you move your wrist around. Kinetic watches work best (and last longest) when they’re wound with gentle, consistent motion, and heavy wrist activity (ahem) can put a lot of strain on the mechanism. To combat this, the UR-202 contains two little turbines, which are coupled to the winding rotor. The turbines act as shock absorbers, using air pressure to cushion the movements of the rotor. A switch on the back of the watch lets you adjust the air pressure passing through the turbines to compensate for “vigorous” and “extreme” activity. They’re using air inside the watch to do all this, so the whole thing remains waterproof.

I'm not really a watch person but I can definitely appreciate them!

I was given a simple, cheap Fossil watch for Christmas last year and I really like it but it needs a new battery. Might do that this week actually...

In the Wheels mag COTY '12 edition there was a full spread of watches and one Patek Phillipe which costs $1,300,000!!!! Find it hard to comprehend how people would spend that much on a watch but then again I guess that is pocket change for some people!
