If it wasn't for sale right nao I'd leave it for a few weeks...
Get a few quotes from mobile guys, They will usually do it cheaper if you come to where they are working.
Re fit the bar, Give it a little clean up with some polish yourself and he will sand, paint and blend the rest.
Looks like a easy fix mate, If you lost or need any bumper clips. Give me a yell and i'll sort you out.
