I don't even know what to call what we made today. Collaboration brew with a couple of other brewy people, they are over in my little corner of Australia for a festival called 'south bound' so, I think we've decided on 'South Bound & Gagged' as the title. Most of you have met Pizey anyway, the other brewer works in Victoria.

Nailed 1058 a/boil, ran some Nottingham at it, about 300G of hops into a 60L boil......

......should be reasonably insane.

Oh. 2kg of Caraffa Special Type II..... blacker than DMX, for real.

300g, whoooooooo woooooooooo

and that much caraffa, shits gunna be mad, straight up real talk

(is that how you talk gangster ?)

Shed load of Caraffa. Doesn't even smell too astringent. We'll see. It was just cool to do a collab. Once it's done I can reveal where she works, it's pretty coooooo.

Also she's a top bird, and Pizor is a legend 'round heeaaaaaa.

If you rock up, it'll happen.

I can't see caffeine going out of the brew? Logically... you pretty much boil coffee to make it? Not sure. But I'd say it is retained.

Brett will know. He has a hat.

Not a drama mate, fairly common to throw coconut cream, chocolate, condensed milk (milk stout) etc. into the boil.

Post boil, might be a drama.

Pistachio nougat coffee chocolate milk stout...................................?

We might need Brett, Pizey, Red, and Google.

But I'm already falling in love with the idea.

Greg and family are definitely good friends. Bryce is a legend, and the daughters name escapes me, but she's not hard on the eyes.

They taught us how to start the vineyard! :D

Cool people.

The weird thing down here is, people don't really like to work together (????????????????????????????) I have no idea why. Seriously. No idea why. Every other area like this does collaborations. I can't put Pizey on the label of what we did today, because his boss (like he ain't a damn BOSS anyway) won't allow it.

We're in this together.

Ain't nothing but a hand full of mans still standin'.
