So what stops bumfuck Nigeria or some other poor-ass country doing the same thing?

Well, there is a law that's been in the US Congress for 220 years, which states that the secretary has complete discretional power to do it, by law.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

In that case, I will rephrase.

What is stopping bumfuck Nigeria from introducing a new law to allow them to make a $1bil coin blah blah blah.....

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Hahahaha the Nigerian Navy has two frigates (Basically a not very big ship) that were given to them after being outdated in other peoples Navies, and one of them doesn't work hahaha.

hope he's taking that to Racewars!

Speaking of which, I heard through the grapevine that Antilag are holding an event called....wait for it.....RACEWARS! could they get any more fuxking retarded. Its going to be a 1000m long top speed event. Aparently they have a "private airstrip" lined up which is 1500m. I can see so many cars losing control or not being able to stop in time.

Sig worthy.

I went to something like that in Cooma a little while ago called the snowy mountains 1000. There weren't any crashes but it was pretty boring to watch.

Hey Nik, do you remember my busted shoulder? Well it fixed itself at work last night. I was lifting some handling parts for the filler, into place, and it just made this horrible crunch. Pins and needles shot down my arm and my fingertips tingled for a couple of seconds. Then it was fine, and ive got full mobility again. Ive been waiting for that to happen for about 6 months. hahaha

Sig worthy.
