Waves buy to Dyl's Box HAHAHA

The way you drive mate that BOX is GONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE..... u HOON !

Yeah, most likely. I'll play it safe and see how we go. If it busts out, I'll take everything out and then decide on what I am going to do from there.

My engine is lacking in power so I am getting over it pretty quickly. I need to build something that will chop you so satisfyingly that you will rename yourself to 'Miss John' and gaffer tape your dong between your legs forming a nice neat man-gina.

P.S. You have AIDS John-e.

do you mean an oem exedy replacement clutch or a OEM subaru clutch?

It's a heavy duty exedy clutch.

but i remember something about a flywheel when my motor was being put in, becuase we couldn't use the 6 speed flywheel with the 5 speed box... though i'm fairly sure it's just a standard 5 speed flywheel, it must be pretty light for the engine,

you can use a 6speed flywheel and clutch in a 5sp, you grind a little bit of useless metal from off the box and its all sweet.

Al recommended me to fit an Exedy oem replacement clutch to my box. A HD one is a quick way to kill things. A bit of slip is a good thing apparently.

Tristan. New rule. How about you contribute when you have physically first hand YOURSELF have actually dealt with something, before you post about it? I'm sick and tired of your hearsay claptrap. Go away. To rexnet or something. They'd love you there.

You wanna take bets on how long I have that clutch in there for before my gearbox blows Johnny ?

Put your money where your mouth is big boy ;)

Seriously, kesh. State how much and how long you reckon, and I'll tell you whether I accept that or not.

Well guys, HD clutch has been in and running for quite a while now (maybe 20,000K's ?) and all is good. Still loving the feeling of it. Been doing some more research lately actually on a few things, and stumbled across this guy tonight: http://www.fecker.co...oduct.php?id=12 He sells kits to retro-fit top feed injectors to the earlier manifolds. Quite handy as the top feed OEM injectors have better atomisation at lower load compared to some of the aftermarket options, which from what I understand means better fuel economy (correct me if I am wrong). Another advantage is, top feeds seem to be going for cheaper than their side feed counterparts - which is a good thing. So going to look in to this further as I will need bigger injectors (380cc at the moment) soon. Next month or two a few things will be happening to the car and I am aiming to achieve some big power increases within the next 6 to 12 months with my goal being around 200KW at all fours. Have an ever growing list of things I want to do to it, however just recently I have managed to cross one major thing off that list (another will be done soon as well). All will be revealed soon though, once it's complete and photos have been taken. Coilovers are also on the list, I am looking at some K-Sports actually, good performing option from what I've read - although I must admit I am tempted by the set of Cusco's that WillC has got in his B4... Little out of my price range at $2.4k+ though. Anyway, when real updates come first post will be updated - but for now just sharing some information about the direction I am headed in and what I have found - would welcome anyone's input. Dylan
