Hi guys, late notice much? This is Today.
Just found out about this and am heading up for the day. Feel free to drop past and say hi or join the fun as there should be spots left for sure. No idea on cost. I'll be there about 8:30am.
Pete.

These days are on quite regularly apparently, just not always on a weekend...link to MDTC Calendar here...http://www.mdtc.com....endar/index.php
Next one is actually this Friday 08/02...then Monday 11/02...then Monday 25/02...and Friday 1st March.
I'll be going again soon. The track is so addictive :)

Our Commitment to Safety
The Marulan Driver Training Centre facility has been constructed with stringent safety in mind and features a tyre barriers along the full length of the outside of the training loop to ensure the safety of our participants and their cars.

The venue has been inspected and approved by the relevant authorities. The circuit complies with and exceeds Industry Standards.

MDTC has installed a state of the art noise monitor and recording system to ensure that our participants cars are kept under the 90db limit <--- WTF??

Yep, that's half the reason I had my exhaust changed. They have arsehole neighbours and keep getting threatened to be shut-down. The relevant authorities have installed a sound monitoring device and he has to adhere. Bear in mind that is 90db at 5-7metres...not at the tailpipe.
He has been shutting cars up 'on the day' long enugh to get most cars on the track...he owns ALL the chicken wire ;)

We're lucky these guys are still able to operate after the shitfight they've had in the past. Hope to join you soon Pete, been itching to hit the track with the new Focus!

I think this is because ADRs have a 90 db limit. Hence the bring your street car - It should be fully legal.

MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. To be stripped and scrapped in time.

In the Interest of promoting this small and fantastically technical track, I thought I'd point out that there is a couple more of these days coming up soon!!
...Fri 01/03 and Mon 04/03 (that's this coming Friday and Monday)
...then Monday 25/03 and the following Monday 01/04...
I'm more than likely In on April Fool's day :D

Super late notice again...but the RSLC crew have about 3-4 spots to fill at our big National Meet tomorrow (Fri 15 March) Roll up and pay on the day...won't be cheap $180 plus license ($30), but full natsoft timing equipment and 15 other confirmed Boosted subies to blast around with...well, what more can I say.
You need a Helmet and long pants/sleeves/closed shoes and be under 97db. 8am kick-off. can be late though :)
Oh yeah, Marulan Driver Training Centre.
