Really? I didn't get the personal PM... lol...You can do that, or you can just get the individual pieces. It's really up to you. The majority of the time we get the whole chicken and cut it up ourselves, but don't see it as a thing you HAVE to do. It works out just the same and tastes just as good.

That'll work for sure! It ends up being the same thing, if not better, as the flavours of the chilli will be absorbed by the succulent tender meat of the chicken.I will add chilli to marinade and leave the sauce out, because low tolerance to chilli!
