You can do that, or you can just get the individual pieces. It's really up to you. The majority of the time we get the whole chicken and cut it up ourselves, but don't see it as a thing you HAVE to do. It works out just the same and tastes just as good.

Your mrs and yourself will love it, trust me.

You will find that after you do the first recipe, you will start adding your own touches every other time. For example, we add more lemon to our chilli sauce for that extra zing, and adjust our marinade accordingly. Sometimes we get some super fine results and other times it doesn't change the recipe all that much.

You will be your own judge, but you'll really like it.

That'll work for sure! It ends up being the same thing, if not better, as the flavours of the chilli will be absorbed by the succulent tender meat of the chicken.
