i'm sorry... what?! you're expecting a jump from 245kW@fly to about 270kw@rw with an intake, exhaust and tune...??? oh great and mighty poop... please teach me how i can get such massive gains from my ez30r... i'm thinking that with similar mods, i should now be aiming for about 220kw@wheels... what do you think??? in all seriousness, although it's a crumblydoor, it's still a nice car... good purchase mate...

There is no replacement for displacement . Thats about it, Witht he basic mods: 250kw@rw will be obtainable. With a cam and retune: 270kw@rw seems to be the norm. After that your looking at either new heads or forced induction. There's some supercharged LS1's getting around making around 400kw@rw with standard internals on 7psi. It is making around 200kw@rw standard anyway. AWD is terribly inefficient at moving power to the ground. It is good for grip tho.

Just on this topic. Dad does work for Pace Maker Headers and he was talking to one of the guys who works there and they said that they fitted a set of their headers and made up a cat back for a VZ HSV Clubbie and that alone un-locked 30rwkw.
