Chatter/Flutter is the best way i can describe it.
With new gaskets, Wastegate actuator pre-load within spec and the proper 0.47 restrictor pill going to the compressor housing the noise will be gone.
If not, VF30.

Maybe. It'll need a clutch with the VF30.
