Unrelated, I still have so much meat left. Butcher gave me all sorts of shit. Eye fillet last night, chef spazzed out when I asked him to make a take away container of mash the other day and made a pot worth big enough to fill 9 takeaway containers... not complaining. Mash goes with EVERYTHING.

My butcher was just in a good mood, so he lashed me all that pig (pork loin/bacon/smoked ham/ pork snaggas) and eye fillet steaks, AND he got a new veal supplier, so I've got about 10 scallopine style slices to cook up for dinner tonight! Might go Milanese on it!
