Pete, growing thread :-)

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Haven't seen spam on here before. Weird. Although I now know how easy it is to ban people and delete every comment they've ever made.

Hahaha.

Hmmm, I'm kinda bored as no boost, so do I...
a) hit up the local "Bring back Braddon Friday Nights" car meet/cruise in the work truck and take some footage for a promo film (good bunch of guys, trying to re-create the good old days of a massive weekend car scene in the ACT)
b)finish pulling the Garrett off, remove all the I/C pipes an FMIC core for cleaning, so I can actually get the Sled running again (I haz VF22 to go on for now)
c)Sit here on my PC and do more editing of the RSLC Nat meet stuff.

Who'd do what?

I'd do none of the above and just couch potato it. Which is exactly what I'm going to do.

Stop bonging up the growing thread :P

Haha, my thoughts exactly. Funny considering Shaz's tag line that he put there... :D

Yes Garry, Ichiban use genuine parts (filters etc) and OEM+ items like exedy HD clutches etc. If they aren't using the Genuine Item, it'll be for a reason. They are 'proper' Subaru specialists...i.e. they actually know what works/fits/lasts longest/has best warranty etc.

Pete is correct.

They'll use the best product for the job.

Great! Cause I've just done a search for a local Subaru specialist and it brought up a place called All Drive Subaroo, located in Peakhurst. I've never heard of them so if anyone has had experiences with them, please share it. Otherwise I might go ahead with Ichiban (it's only 30 minutes or so away from me). I'll send Ben a private message and see how it goes from there I guess.

I have a thing with using genuine parts. This is the first car I've owned that I am able to and would want to do things to whether it be modifications or not. So I've gotta make it last and I've gotta put my effort into it that's all.

I'll start a new topic relating to this.

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

All Drive Subaroo are good too, but I personally believe you'll do better in the long run establishing a healthy relationship with the Ichiboys :)
When I was hunting for a car late last year, I had the lads do a pre-purchase inspection on a little wrx that had all it's work done at ADS...it was a decent little car, but was a bloody re-birth...not many mechs would have picked that up 94 compliance plate on a 99 WRX...they saved my ass in the order of $10k right there and then...priceless. ;)

Cheers for the spam reports fellas. The real admin's have been notified so we'll make sure it doesn't become a constant theme here at SC.

I guess it means we're on the radar now...

Hate spambots.
Have started pulling stuff apart.
But half heartedly.
I need a Burger, and the cruise sets-off from a food van (not Brod dammit) so might do that afterall...
Also could do with some company :) Randoms will do...any port in a storm and all that.
Get so sick of myself sometimes.

Turns out it was worded pretty good to begin with. Haha.

What's everyone's plans for the weekend? I'm gunna prob service the liner tomorrow, then go drop some cash at bunnings and buy some railing for my camera dolly.

Well this Posted Image'ing typical. I have a group assignment due at Midnight and no one in my group has emailed me their stuff. Looks like I'm doing it all myself and they can all go shove it! :dash2:

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.
