What sort of torque does the EZ30r make, and where does it make it?

Torque is what makes a fast vehicle, not Power.

Agree, except the peanut eye I instantly loved.

Bug-eye's are hot I reckon, they need a little bit of sexing up but once that's done they look the goods. End of story.

i agree bug eye need sexing up...but as you said mate the peanut is instant love in the silver and the gun metal grey...the pig nose just has to many right angles on it or its just me but its growing on me....but i think when we look at car it also makes what colour it is when we see it first...if it a colour we dont like we think the car is ugly and crap...well thats my take anyway..

Not bad really. Becarefull with the 5speed though, I wouldn't go dumping the clutch anytime soon.

440nm@4000rpm.

after mods and ecu reflash the dyno chart claims about 621NM@4600rpm...

i has to be a load of shit... i doubt the engine would make that much even if it had a big f**k-off turbocharger hanging off the bottom of it...

maybe he did it in 2nd gear or something...??

edit: i'm pretty sure it's about 300NM in standard form... is a 50NM expected gain unreasonable from the mods i'm going to do??

Let's not turn this thread into another rant about Tristan's conversion and teh powarz he'll potentially acheive.. Please??? I agree that the bug eye needs some cosmetic changes to make it look "better". The pig nose is a bit, meh, in my books. I actually stopped past Docklands today and had a sit in an MY09 WRX. It wsa nice. The seats were very nice and driving position felt great. Although it was quite grey in there. I guess when it's fired up the read lights behid the buttons e.t.c will break it up a bit. One thing I did notice is Subaru have decided to paint the calipers red. It looked a bit **** really, nothing a sexy as the old 4 pots with SUBARU stamped on the face of the caliper. That said, I would have one for sure... Still not sure about the sedan though.

Does anyone know what the little attachments are on the a pillars? Thet are on the drivers and passenger side, about half way up the pillar and about the size of a marble. Tiny speakers? Bluetooth microphones?
