I'm thinking footage of Northern Beaches meet. People and cars. People rolling in using the crane, and slider footage.

Then rolling footage to the first meet at the Toll Gates. From memory, there is a little shack with an even roof on it, which I'd like to get up on, and hoist the crane up, and get a really nice high to low panning shot of all the cars there. Maybe a bit of twixtor speed up/slow down.

More rolling shots on the highway up to the hunter.

Once we arrive at the hunter, I want to be nearest to the front, so I can get out, and film everyone arriving in.

Then just misc engine shots, people talking, car noises, etc etc.
 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Hey, since cars are meeting from diff locations, why not have some kind of epic battle thing... like groups meeting, then rolling out to meet at the battlefield(hunter)... Kind of like lord of the rings...

Coming purely from a film prospective, impossible for me solely to shoot.

I understand... can't be everywhere at once... but maybe people from diff locations can take simple site shots of their area meeting up then rolling out and send you the footage?
