If you are keen on keeping the tank, and it's rusty. There are kits that you can get to re coat the inside of the tank

My new zorst is pretty good. Just a bit louder then stock. No drone on the hwy. But, foot down and BAM!
Considering it now..That's all I paid.

They are loud at WOT and have a slight rumble while cruising. You can't complain.
I want to go louder with my current setup. It's awesome for a daily though. I love the noise the rear muffler makes, You can hear the exhaust gas rushing to escape.
It's hard to explain the noise.
