Glendale?

I've heard that one is cheap!

My locals are about $20 a ticket. Lucky I get student discounts now that I'm at TAFE but I prefer to sit on the couch with wifey and watch something

Maitland

I think glendale is about $8.50 per ticket. But its about a 25min drive for me. Maitland is only 4.

Dumeresq St Cinema in Campbelltown. $6 tickets. 5 min drive.

Unfortunately they don't play all the brand new movies, but they are slowly getting there with the big ones!

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Enjoy the day, mate! :D Keen to see some pics (of your missus) from the the canoeing.

The day was heaps good, minus the canoeing. We ended up going to Audley as planned, but to no surprise found it to be absolutely PACKED. People everywhere, BBQ's all taken up and canoes were all booked out for a couple of hours. We continued driving and decided on going to Wattamolla Beach instead. Turned off and it was packed. Next idea was to go to Garie Beach (yes, I own a beach), and guess what? It was packed as well.

As we drove we eventually made it to Bald Hill Headland Reserve, which is where the Sydney Hang Gliding Centre is. No one was hand gliding yesterday but it sure has some good views of Wollongong and Port Kembla.

New idea; keep driving down the coast until we find a nice place to have our BBQ. We got as far as Stanwell Park and gave up. We drove back home and had our BBQ at home. Nothing wrong with the drive and we all had heaps of fun. So many roads and views I have never seen even though I live within 20 minutes of the National Park. I will definitely be doing it again, and promised my girlfriend to go canoeing, just not on a public holiday. :P

To make matters worse, I didn't manage to take any pictures. My girlfriend took a few so I'll see if I can scab them from her and share them soon.

It is so sad yet extremely powerful to be reading all those posts in regards to loved ones who were in the war, fighting for the perfect free country we have now. No matter what happens they will always deserve our respect. If it weren't for them all, we would not be here today. Thank you. Lest we forget.

How is everyone doing today? Cleaned my girlfriends car and spent my RDO relaxing. No idea of my plans for tonight.

I also managed to watch Ironman 3 last night. I was gobsmacked. Loved the movie! It was better then I had expected it to be. I would definitely watch it again. Might download them all and have a movie marathon.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

On the movie subject. Sam and myself always go to http://www.cinemaparadiso.com.au/

It's just down the road from home and they do a good deal with dinner, drinks and movie tickets with the surrounding restaurants. Awesome.

Ha ha, I understand the feeling. I didn't notice it'd be that much harder from a sedan but in the end it's so worth it! How's Moby Dick going? Meeting your every expectation?

You have a private message by the way man. Just a reminder. ;)
