Pretty sure when I changed mine over the other day, the ones for the other lights where the same T1.5 base, but were a light on the end of a stalk...if that makes sense.
I had a quick look as to what they might be but couldn't find anything :(

This is the rear of my cluster. The light of the needles is the same light that illuminates the numbers.

This is from a Rev A-C, I'm unsure if D and E are different. And then again, the one's with the illuminated rings will be different for sure. -As the numbers are white I believe, and the rings amber, in the stock form. Either this is created with different bulbs OR with a white light and tinted plastics

The plastic is orange/red for the needles and the original globes have a blue plastic 'condom' on them. The dash face numbers are tinted a light green and the combination of the blue and green creates a deep green.

I was working on mind not long ago. IIRC there are only four bulbs that light the dash and rings as shown above ^^.
Just have a go at swapping the T10 wedges to something blue and see if that works.

I have heard you can actually swap the whole thing for a B4 cluster but its a royal pain in the arse and would cost a bit more. Looks awesome though.

That is a B4 cluster in the OP. And HowFarToAsgaard has a B4. So he already has the cluster.

Having trouble finding T1.5 bulbs

Phillips have no listing for a T1.5 but only a T10 or T15.

I even search on Google about T1.5 led and it just comes up with T15 led's?
is there another name for these bulbs?

I'm going to be doing my cluster for the 06 I'm Disliking the Green. :P I think they are T15's that will fit in. They are fairly cheap on Ebay

I am going to confirm this as I took my cluster out on saturday - well I thought I was 100% sure but now im looking at T1.5's lol . I used T5 Wedge Bulbs( at least they fit snug and work properly) . What ever you buy they must be dimmable.

Also The standard bulb for a Revision E B4 Liberty is just a standard tungstern bulb with a blue silcone cap on it.

I was replacing OEM with OEM bulbs - or so I thought mine are standard colour. T5 will do the job fine.

I used NARVA bulbs. I am tempted to test different colours. I am willing to do a group buy of say 30 bulbs to save on postage costs and we can all install together in the Syd area, anyone in on this?

I know in the gen 2 they have a colour layer on the back of the face.

So with out removing that layer, you won't be able to actually change the colour

Unless you are talking about the ring around the cluster, which I have no idea about.

Only just started reading the thread lol

Colours are easily changeable with just a bulb on the Gen 3. I was testing with tha flashlight and the ring came out white. The blinkers and other functional lights remained their own colour. I dare say however if you colour the bulb it will come out all kinds of cool funky colours.

But I am willing to test this, provided time and a weekend and bulbs. If someone wants I'll do a write up from start to finish, but to be honest it is so easy that you wouldn't even need it.

You need to remove the plastic housing behind the steering wheel.

Then remove the plastic fog light panel on the right hand side. Unscrew the plastic air con panel and unclip it and remove the dash surround.

Unscrew the dash then unclip the connectors and its out.

That being said Pictures say a 1000 words. So Maybe getting some up will help.
