Top idea Mark. I'm really keen to see what store will have it the cheapest. I remember when GTA 4 came out Big W had it on day of release for $68.
i was legitimately going to preorder it on the weekend, but decided against it, just going to risk it on release day and go wherever has it cheapest and hope they have it!

sometimes I like it cooked but still soft, other times and probably less often, I like it crispy depends on mood.

I need to do a big fry up of mushroom/bacon/tomato/onion so I can just put it on top of the muddled omelette - that's right, I don't say scrambled eggs anymore because I'm a massive tosser. Haha.
In a fry pan bro, then into the turbo oven - kinda easy to get it right in a commercial kitchen - feel me?

Lay it out on an oven tray lined with foil. Overlap the bacon, drizzle with maple syrup or honey, then sprinkle some water over the tray. Water turns to steam in the oven and keeps bacon from drying out
Yeah it's a turbo oven, so it self steams. Hence it being easy to get right.
