How worthwhile is it using that bought carwash stuff instead of using simple dishwashing liquid?

Dishwashing liquid will strip any wax you put on, and dry out your paint very quickly. You know how you see cars with faded/peeling paint. Im willing to bet they use dishwashing detergent to wash their car. DO NOT USE DISHWASHING DETERGENT ON YOUR CAR.

I got this. I haven't used dishwashing liquid on my Liberty, but have in my past vehicles. I didn't own them long enough for it to make any noticeable damage on my behalf but it's good to know. I believe my parents use dishwashing liquid though... 
Best to let them know.
I will be buying the Glossworx stuff once the stuff I use now is finished. Recommended place to get it for cheap?
