Also, forgot to get a pic of my wog BBQ set up, but our whole backyard is a bloody construction site and it's literally at the bottom of tons of other shit so I can't be bothered taking it all apart for the pic. I did look through my phone though and found my grandfather's one which is EXACTLY the same:

By the way, that meat arguably tastes better than the home recipe Portuguese BBQ chicken. No shit. To die for. I've not met a single person EVER that hasn't said they love it.

All it is is rump, cut into the cubes you see with rock salt, bay leaves and garlic. That's it. A LOT easier to take to a meet than the BBQ chicken as well.
