I should just convert to single, right?As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

Basically I make a low wine from the blueberries, that gets distilled into berry voddie;
the berries then get soaked in vodka, then sugar added to make liqueur.
So they are spent for my porpoise.
BUT.
They are still amazing and full of awesome. But I just don't have the skill/knowledge of how to make them FOOD.
Imagine a slightly boozy blueberry sorbet....? I mean. C'mon.
slightly boozy blueberry pancakes/crepes////

Yeah, I don't want to go that far into it.
But, I do believe I have some amazing bi-products here from the things we make from fresh organic produce, that just goes in the bin! But I need to learn and understand cooking with alcohol, and getting that alcohol component out while still keeping the flavours.
I have 32 kilos of fresh blueberries that have been soaked in vodka for three weeks, in a bag, probably going in the bin if I can't think of something!
Blitz the blueberries and vodka, would make epic sorbet... or add a heap of Jam setting sugar and cook the shit out of it as per the instructions on the sugar packet.
Bi-products are definitely worth looking into as a unique ingredient. I remember a chef named Tim PakPoy using Stout Wort(*?) as an Ingredient in his 'Black Velvet' ice cream - he also added grated meringue to stabilise the Ice cream and raise it's freezing temp slightly.

This is very interesting and must be explored further. All my frozen forays have been disastrous, no structure (a bit like the ALP).
Must explore.

haha yeah that'd actually be a good idea... as they'd shit em self at a days work... and they'd all go away and leave me and the other genuine pros in peace!! lol
shoudnt be too much to repair em both... but we got floor to pay for and curtains and then of course the car changeover scenario... lol
this is a days work.... 388km of driving to get all of these!!!

Everyone with a DSLR thinks they're a photographer these days. Sure its easier than its ever been, but it does take some amount of talent and hard work lol.
I just have an RX100 because not a poser surprises people though that little beast (new model seems even better, but pretty happy with it).

You and me will get along smashingly.
I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.
