Hey everyone, new here - have loved Subarus all my life and finally managed to wrap my hands around one, an 04 Impreza GX Wagon! I'll be picking it up tomorrow night and I cannot wait to start modding it :) planning on keeping it very simple and clean, and giving it a subtle JDM look. Also, I'm not too fussed that it's only a EJ20, power isn't everything and I've never owned an AWD :)

So Keen!

Watch out all you VIC boys I'll be joining the cruises/meets very soon!

Thanks man! Planning on picking up some ROTA Grids very soon and lowering it.

Still deciding whether I should settle for Super Low Springs or Coilovers. 

 

And definitely! Will try to get down there and meet everyone

A nice set of WRX 17"s would set it off.

Don't waste the time and money on springs. Coilovers are too affordable to not buy these days!

Welcome. Definitely get coil overs. Super lows will root your struts and will ride like dick. Plus if you want to drop it on its guts for a meet then make it usable you can in a few hours with coilovers :D

Getting rid of those hub caps should definitely be the priority!

 

Also, try and make your pictures horizontal with the Earth ;)

Happy to be apart of Suby Club now and own a Scoobs!

 

And yes the very first change will be ditching the stockies! and putting on some decent wheels haha. 

On that note, if anyone is selling any 5x100's in Vic give me a PM!

Drop it on some coil overs, 18" Rims and tinted windows = great start.

 

Polish up those headlights while your at it too.

Nice looking car man, definitely get new rims and coilovers. I'm on super lows on mine. It's not too bad but it could be better lol.

Love this car so much, never been happier with a car in my life ! AWD is perfection, glued to the road it feels like :) headlights got polished up during the RWC so they're looking alot cleaner, got my first mod on the way! SubyClub sticker ! XD
