Heating those plastic pipes with a heat gun makes them flexible and easier to slip back onto the turbos. Just work quickly before they cool down again!

Hi Kong,
Great read on your how to for the B4 intercooler reinstall guide.
I'm having trouble with the outcome of the install. I initially had a fmic which I have reverted back to the stock intercooler. Seems like all is installed properly but now when the primary turbo comes on boost, it has a loud screech/whine. I think secondary is unaffected. Just wondering, have I missed something that's caused this to start happening?
Thank you for your time
Andrew

Sequential twins are fun, nothing like letting your guard down then getting a swift kick in the arse at high revs.
