Good morning all! RDO today = awesome. Waking up at 8:30 AM on your RDO = shit. It rained last night and when I looked outside at my car, I noticed it was full of dirt and shit. What the hell?

Ha ha. I went to bed at 3:30 AM last night I think it was cause I was bored and couldn't sleep. If it's my RDO and I have nothing to do in the morning then I have no hesitation in waking up at 11-12.

I was awake till about 2, in bed, couldn't sleep... Alarm went off at 5...

I'm doing the same. There is a new Anytime Fitness opening like two minutes walk away from my house and I'm thinking of joining that one with my mate... Should be good, although it's gonna be full of Lebo's and fully sick wogs...

Oh yeah... nah.. the release is over... I'm just getting to work at about 7.50am.. so not that early I guess...

 

Yeah I want to go to a quiet gym so I won't have to deal with the gym junkies and their sweat on machines... I'll be doing free weights more anyway, so don't want to have to wait to use them either... so will see what I can find relatively local... will try not to go for the big name ones...

Yeah...around there... but no point wasting time at home when I have nothing to do there and can't sleep...

 

If I can find a good gym somewhere, I'd consider working out in the morning before work and in the evening, after work... got a lot of frustration to get rid of...
