Yeah...around there... but no point wasting time at home when I have nothing to do there and can't sleep...

 

If I can find a good gym somewhere, I'd consider working out in the morning before work and in the evening, after work... got a lot of frustration to get rid of...

 

Interesting. Megan can't be that hard to handle, can she?

 

I don't know whether I could stomach working out in the morning before work, but after work is a definite and a few late afternoon sessions. We'll see how we go. My aim isn't to become a steroid-munching machine, I just wanna get fit.

Yeah mine would be fitness too... I do like my arms being bigger than they are... and a little more definition overall... lost the stomach for sure... haha... sounds like a lot of work... but yeah... Need to do something...

It's not that difficult once you get into it and have a constant schedule going man. I used to go to the gym with a few mates about a year or so ago and I noticed a difference. I was having the protein shakes and all for it. As a matter of fact I've still got my bucket left...

I'm not thinking. I'm doing. The Anytime Fitness I mentioned is still having final touches done so you can't go there yet. They are just accepting sign ups for the time-being.
