Ive got my 99 Lib with the stock 16s on em with appalling tires
Just wondering if wheels that are 5x114.5 PCD. Would fit ( no idea what this is just all the info I've got from the guy

Short answer: no. You need to be looking for 5x100 to begin with

Our PCD is 5x100. Only late model STI's have 5x114.5. You can buy PCD adaptor spacers. But I think that might push it out past the guards, not sure though.
