Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Unions made it 'us VS them'.

When you tell someone from overseas what I'm paying waitresses etc, they fuckin' faint. I get respect because I'm mad handsome and have a huge dick, without those assets I'm not sure how I'd cope.

Why doesn't anyone get along with this lady? Is she aware of it?

Honestly, this lady isn't a team player. She doesn't buy into the teamwork aspect. Yet, she is one of the best performing staff members I have. Will do anything I ask of her, but refuses to do anything not asked of her, or if someone else asks her.

I get it, in an environment like mine, you do need to be a team player, and I've had numerous amounts of formal conversations with her about this, and she seemed to be getting better, but will just have to see how it plays out.

TL;DR. Lady isn't a team player, and other staff get the shits with that.

I have a similar situation, takes it upon herself to delegate because she's been here longer, gives everyone the shits - to the point they want me to sack her.

Nah man, something new every day.

What do YOU THINK?

Its not a bad job. I mean, its an entry level role, but you get ALOT of information and experience out of it. I don't mind doing it every now and again. Its challenging!

Boss life, Shaz. Boss life.

Yeah man. I've learnt to just deal with this shit and move on now. No point being caught up on it. At the end of the day, its going to work out exactly how I say its going to work out, so whatever!

Yeah, mate I used to get so riled up over it, yell and scream at people - realised all it was doing was weighing on me. People think being 'the boss' that you live on easy street, little do they know the last thing you think about before those eylelids close each night, is the same thing you think about as soon as they open again in the morning.

WORK.

In an office of 16, I am one of 3 dudes.

So much gossip, politics, PMS, whinging and complaining.

The three of us males couldn't care less about most things. Just get on with it.

I've got one Brazilian dude working for me. Absolute champ.

Does what is asked of him, does what is not asked of him, and doesn't give two fucks for any kind of gossip/polictics involved.

He eats 8 times a day, but thats cool. He does a cracking job and rarely complains, takes holidays or sick leave.

Haha yep.

Although it's not all of them.

Kt often comes home and complains about the bitchiness of her workplace.

She stays out of it...
