I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Truly?

True dinks.

They were married two weeks after Mums 21t birthday, Dad was 36 at the time.
They are still together after more than 50 years.

That dawg you saw looks like a Hungarian Puli.
A breed of sheep dog IIRC.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

forking age barriers. Pfft. So long as they are legal who the fark cares.

The only barriers that exist are self imposed.

Such a stupid thing to worry about really.

Female staff members are hard to manage. Blah blah I can't work with her, I refuse to work with her blah blah.

You will work with whoever I damn tell you to work with and if you DONT like it, you're free to resign.

Managing female staff. LOL. Welcome to my world homie.

Man, I have 12 female staff, and 1 male.

Shit needs to change.

Do they really farking carry on like that? (I can't say I am 100% surprised, but I did always think people were exaggerating a bit).

Yep, I literally just put the foot down in a conversation with this bird. I get where she is coming from, most people don't like working with this other lady, but at the end of the day, its my decision, and I will make the decision based on the needs of the business as a whole, not based on the preferences of one staff member.

I have the same. But two males (+ Dad so call it three) - shit is ridiculous around here.

New one starts, they get all friendly, hang out OUTSIDE OF WORK (DOOM DOOM DOOM) and then shit goes south.

Fuckin' idiots.

It's like a ***** is an opening for brain cells to slip out.

We're not bad bosses at all. We just think Home and Away should only go for the allotted 30 minutes a week day.

The thing is, some people just need to realise that they are working for an organisation where they are employed to do a job, and do it well, regardless of what they are told to do.

Just because you don't get along with someone doesn't mean its going to impact your day to day workings. And for fucks sake, its for like 5 days over Easter, just to cover someone who is off on holidays.

Seriously, suck it up and deal with it. If you don't like her, then don't talk to her. Your job description doesn't require you to talk to staff members all the often anyway.

Nik, its not a bloke that is the problem. Its a bird. And unfortunately, I can't just sack her. There is a big ass forking process to go through before you get to that stage. Performance plans, formal meetings with our HR department, recording of work for 4 weeks, etc

Bloody unions.
