Is there any better options than the Usual Gen3 RX Centre Console.

I.e the section between the console box and the shifter.

The cup-holder is next to useless for my coffee cups, and the tiny "phone holder" spot next to the shifter may have been adequate for a Nokia 3310, Not so for a Nexus5

Is there anything JDM available?

Mine has a cool hole where your cup holder is - just big enough for a dual range shifter... Happy to swap with you if you want, but it wont give you any more JDMs...

My phone lives in a bumper case thing (Nexus 4) and I just put it on an angle in the rubber bit under the coin tray. But auto so not bashing it every 5 seconds. Everyone knows the phone holder spot is for the useless alarm keypad to scare away terrorists.

I've got a relatively big smart phone and finding a place to put it in my Gen3 was a bit of a difficulty. But the dual centre console is great, its got the perfect place to put it up top.

its not a phone holder. its where the start up passcode remote went in the B4's. if you have a pioneer stereo remote it fits absolutely perfect in there.

what i don't like is that the coin holders don't hold any coins except 5c, 10c and $2.

You're all wrong, the small section next to shifter is not for phones or remotes.. it's a tampon and lipstick holder.

I don't use the push out cup holder and I store my phone under the ash tray

If you expect to have two decent cup holders in your vehicle, that's when you going to have to start spending some serious cash :P
